Suffolk County Council School Travel Photo Submissions
In order to prove entitlement to transport to and from school using particular routes, each student needs to carry a valid official pass containing, amongst other information, an identity photograph, being a typical head and shoulders passport style photo.
This website provides a straightforward and convenient method for capturing and uploading the ID photograph needed for production of the School Travel pass. It is the submitter’s responsibility to ensure the photograph is of good quality and a true likeness of the student concerned, otherwise the bus or coach driver may not accept the pass as proof of entitlement.
It is important to remember that a student’s entitlement to school transport can be withdrawn in the event of any reported unacceptable behaviour.
Users of this website must have the student’s unique ‘Student Id’ number to hand, contained in correspondence sent in notification of the Photo Upload site, to be entered along with the student’s date of birth and postcode to be authorised to proceed with their photo submission.
The Suffolk School Travel Photo Upload system has been tested on PCs and laptops under various versions of operating system and a range of browsers. It has also been tested using tablets and smart phones. Nevertheless, its functionality on every device/browser/operating system environment cannot be guaranteed so alternative methods of submitting a photo will be available in exceptional circumstances.
Every effort is made to ensure the safety of the Suffolk School Travel Photo Upload site in connection with the risk of viruses and malware and all web threats. However, it is your responsibility to protect your own computer equipment/systems whenever using the internet, in particular by running reputable anti-virus software, as we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to your data or computer systems as a consequence of access to our site.
